Common use of Borrowing/Election Notice Clause in Contracts

Borrowing/Election Notice. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Borrowing/Election Notice, signed by it, on the Closing Date. Such Borrowing/Election Notice shall specify (i) the aggregate amount of the Term Loans being requested and (ii) instructions for the disbursement of proceeds of such Term Loans. The Term Loans shall initially be Floating Rate Loans and thereafter may be continued as Floating Rate Loans or converted into Eurodollar Rate Loans in the manner provided in Section 2.10 and subject to the other conditions and limitations therein set forth and set forth in this Article II. Any Borrowing/Election Notice given pursuant to this Section 2.1(B) shall be irrevocable.
