Common use of Borrowing Base Report Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Base Report. The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(e) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one (1) day of the Drawdown Date of the requested Loan or the issuance, extension or renewal of the requested Letter of Credit.

Borrowing Base Report. The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(ess.9.4(f) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one five (15) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested such Loan or of the date of issuance, extension or renewal of the requested such Letter of Credit.

Borrowing Base Report. The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(eSection 8.4(e) and, if requested by the Agent, a an updated Borrowing Base Report dated within one five (15) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested such Revolving Credit Loan or the date of issuance, extension or renewal of the requested such Letter of Credit.

Borrowing Base Report. The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(ess.7.4(f) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one five (15) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested Loan or the issuance, extension or renewal of the requested Letter of Creditsuch Loan.

The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(ess.10.4(f) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one five (15) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested such Revolving Credit Loan or of the date of issuance, extension or renewal of the requested such Letter of Credit; provided that this ss.14.5 shall not be a condition precedent to the AutoDiagnos Term Loan.

The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(ess.9.3(f) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one three (13) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested such Loan or of the issuance, extension or renewal of the requested such Letter of Credit.

The Agent shall have received the most recent Borrowing Base Report required to be delivered to the Agent in accordance with ss.9.4(ess.7.4(f) and, if requested by the Agent, a Borrowing Base Report dated within one five (15) day days of the Drawdown Date of the requested Loan or the issuance, extension or renewal of the requested Letter of CreditLoan.
