Borrowing Availability Under the Borrowing Base. Subject to the provisions of this Section 2.2, the Borrowing Availability under the Borrowing Base shall be reasonably determined by Lender based on each Borrowing Base Certificate delivered pursuant to Section 6.4.4.

Related to Borrowing Availability Under the Borrowing Base

  • Borrowing Base Agent shall have received evidence from Borrowers that the aggregate amount of Eligible Receivables and Eligible Inventory is sufficient in value and amount to support Advances in the amount requested by Borrowers on the Closing Date;

  • FUNDING AVAILABILITY This Contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through the lack of appropriations, legislative or executive budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidation, or any other disruptions of current appropriations, DFPS will reduce or terminate this Contract.

  • Initial Borrowing Base For the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the first Redetermination Date, the amount of the Borrowing Base shall be $2,250,000,000. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrowing Base may be subject to further adjustments from time to time pursuant to Section 2.14(e), (f) and (g).

  • Undrawn Availability After giving effect to the initial Advances hereunder, Borrowers shall have Undrawn Availability of at least $10,000,000;

  • Funds Availability For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and legal banking holidays in the State of Utah.
