Borrowing Authorizations Clause Samples

Borrowing Authorizations. The Borrower shall have furnished to the Bank a copy of resolutions of the Borrowing Authorizations for the Board of Directors of the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, the borrowing hereunder, and the other Loan Documents being delivered contemporaneously herewith, which shall have been certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Borrower as of the Disbursement Date first occurring.
