Boots. A. A Department Head may authorize the provision of safety work boots for employees who are required to furnish their own safety work boots up to a maximum of three hundred dollars ($300) per fiscal year. As designated by the Department Head, compensation for safety work boots may be provided through a stipend, boot-mobile, voucher, or a reimbursement per the following:
