Common use of Booking Fee Clause in Contracts

Booking Fee. The Booking Fee shall be assessed for the booking of City Inmates by or on behalf of the City into the Jail as further described in Exhibit III, Section 2. The Booking Fee will be inflated effective January 1, 2022.

Booking Fee. The Booking Fee shall be assessed for the booking of City Inmates by or on behalf of the City into Secure Detention in the Jail Jail, and for the booking of City WER Participants directly reporting to WER, as further described in Exhibit III, Section 2. The Booking Fee will be inflated annually adjusted effective each January 1, 20221st.
