Booking Fee Sample Clauses
A Booking Fee clause defines the upfront payment required to secure a reservation or service. Typically, this fee is paid at the time of booking and may be non-refundable or deducted from the total cost of the service. Its core practical function is to confirm the commitment of the customer and compensate the provider for holding the reservation, thereby reducing the risk of cancellations or no-shows.
