BOOKING CANCELLATION. 3.1 If a Client cancels a Professional Services booking the following cancellation fees will apply:

BOOKING CANCELLATION. Once your booking is confirmed for Shining Stars and/or Rockets, cancellations require a minimum of 3 months’ notice given in writing to Xxxxxx Xxxx (xxxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxxx-xxxxxx- xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx), e.g. if your child is due to start in the Autumn term e.g. September 4th notice will need to be given by June 4th. Your deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made without giving 3 months’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will incur a charge of 4 weeks fees, based on a non-funded session price for sessions booked.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. Any cancellation made by the holidaymaker, for whatever reason, shall be in writing to Manor House Farm Cottages. You are liable to pay Manor House Farm Cottages the full rental agreed if you cancel your booking once you have paid your down payment, coronavirus being no excuse to cancel your booking. On receipt of such notice Manor House Farm Cottages shall endeavour to re- let the property for the entire period of the original booking. If Manor House Farm Cottages is successful in re-letting the property the holidaymaker shall be reimbursed all monies paid less the down payment and other expenses incurred by Manor House Farm Cottages in accepting a new booking, for example, if a discount has been deemed necessary in order to secure a replacement booking, this is on top of your down payment which will not be returned to you. We insist that you take out cancellation insurance.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. EUROP ASSISTANCE will reimburse up to the limit insured according to the booking deposit, and in any case no more than 2,000 euros, the costs for the cancellation of the reservation (referring only to the accommodation, unless the invoice also includes other items that cannot be separated out and in any case not covering tax, issue charges, insurance and any additional expense) as may be invoiced to the Insured Party in application of the general conditions of sale employed by the provider. The reservation must have been cancelled prior to the start of the stay, and the cancellation notified to the provider. Reimbursement will be made in euro. This cover shall apply from the date on which the booking is formalised and shall end on the date accommodation starts or should start. It will only be valid if at least 72 hours have passed between when the policy is stipulated and when the event generating the cancellation takes place. The causes of the cancellation resulting in the application of this cover,must prevent use of the accommodation on the dates contracted and must have taken place after stipulating the insurance:

BOOKING CANCELLATION. 46. The hirer requires a booking fee of 20% of the value of the booking. This is adjusted against the cost of the hire. Bookings are only confirmed when paid for in full, which must be paid for at least 3 days before the hire commences or at the time of the booking (if less than 2 days). Cancellations 14 days or less, prior to the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking (min. £250.00). Cancellations 3 days or less, prior to hire date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking. Cancellations due to the hirer not meeting the Terms and Conditions set out here are the responsibility of the hirer and the lessor assumes no liability whatsoever unless stated otherwise.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. Hirers who have been provided a confirmed booking/s are required to notify the Committee of Management of cancellation/s a minimum of 7 days prior to the confirmed hire date. Failure to provide this notification within 7 days will result in the hirer being invoiced the full hire fee as specified in the relevant hire fee schedule unless another hirer uses the facility/area during the hirers original cancelled hire period.
BOOKING CANCELLATION. If the RENTER cancels a confirmed booking , the RENTER is liable for the full amount of the rent. If the OWNER is able to find another renter to assume this booking, the amount paid by the RENTER will be refunded, less a processing fee of $50.00. If the OWNER is unable to confirm or has to cancel a confirmed booking prior to the commencement of the Rental Period, all amounts paid by the RENTER shall be refunded in full to the RENTER, by the OWNER, and this agreement shall be deemed to be null and void.
