BOOKING AMENDMENTS. If you, The Guest, require any amendments to be made to the original Booking Confirmation, they should by email direct to the owner and acceptance confirmed thereafter by the owner. However, any change requested within 12 weeks will be treated as a cancellation and all monies paid non-refundable. By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing not to sell or transfer the booking to another party without written consent.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. The rental period agreed in the rental contract has binding force. If the Renter wishes to amend the agreed rental period, this may only occur under the following preconditions: - - The Rental Company agrees to the booking amendment in writing or text form, - The Renter has informed the Rental Company of his wish to amend at least 60 days prior to the start of the rental period, - The Rental Company has the corresponding free capacity available, - - The requested new rental period is in the same calendar year as the booked rental period, and - - The requested new rental period complies in terms of scope with the booked rental period. However, there is no legal entitlement on the part of the Renter to amend a booking. The expected rental price calculated based on the booking data must be received in a bank account of the Rental Company specified to the Renter, without charges, at the latest 14 days prior to the start of the rental period, see Section 6, sub-section 2.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. Once a booking has been accepted by the Owners the booking can only be changed to another date by treating the original booking as a cancellation. The holiday dates may be changed as long as the property is available for the new dates and the Owner is agreeable to the change. There will be a change of booking charge of £25.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions the Client warrants they will not sell or transfer the booking to another party. The property should not be used for commercial purposes by the Client without prior permission from the Owner.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. All amendments to bookings are subject to availability of the vehicle and/or package. Different rates may apply based on the amendment made. Amendments prior to the vehicle collection date will be re-calculated at the flex rate applicable on the date of amendment. This applies to changing the hirer name, vehicle type, reducing the number of rental days, changing pick-up dates and/or changing the pick-up or drop-off location. Where the number of rental days is being extended prior to the vehicle collection date (days are being added on at the end of the rental with no change to the original pick up date), which applied at the time of the original booking, will apply.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. The Owner cannot guarantee the availability of a different date, but where an amendment can be made a fee of £50 to cover administration shall be charged. Time and Commencement and Termination of Stay The Customer must arrive not earlier than 3.00 pm on the start date of the holiday and leave not later than 10am on the last day.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. Should the fulfilment of any booking be rendered impossible, unlawful or in our opinion inadvisable for any reasonable cause, Explorer Safari may at any time cancel such booking or the remainder thereof or make any alteration to the route, accommodation price, change drivers and /or vehicles en route or use suitable transportation to convey travellers.

In the rare instance you decide that you no longer want to start your child at the confirmed start date and wish to delay their start date, we will require a minimum of 3 months’ notice given in writing to Xxxxxx Xxxx (xxxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx), e.g. if your child is due to start in the Autumn term e.g. September 4th notice will need to be given by June 4th. The decision to move your child’s start date will be made at the discretion of the school. If we are able to accommodate your request, your child’s start date will be moved and your deposit transferred. We are unable to make amendments to a child’s start date outside of the 3 months’ notice period and should your child not start on the confirmed start date you will forfeit your deposit, incur a charge of one month’s fees based on a non-funded session price and will have to re-apply for a place in Shining Stars.
BOOKING AMENDMENTS. If any changes to the travel period are made the booking will be recalculated using the original rate booked if the travel period remains in the same season or changed to the valid rate for a different season.
