Booking Agreement. A booking is a legally binding contract. Submission of a completed booking form is an offer by the Hirer and the booking agreement is made only; if and when, the Owner gives a written boat hire confirmation. The contract includes these conditions which the Xxxxx accepts having read and agreed them. The entire contract between the Owner and the Hirer is contained in these Conditions and the booking form and no representations, terms, warranty or condition expressed or implied shall be deemed to be or have been made or agreed or imported by reference to any other writing, advertisement or conversation. No agent, servant or representative of the Owner has any right to alter or vary or waive any of these conditions. Nor is any such person authorized to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of the Owner. These conditions can only be varied with the written permission signed by the proprietors of Jacaranda Narrowboat Holidays as Owner of the boat. The Hirer acknowledges that no statement or representation which may have been made by or on behalf of the Owner induced the Hirer to enter into the contract and that any such statements or representations do not form part of the contract. Any liability of the Owner and any remedy of the Hirer in respect of any such statement or representation is excluded save in so far as liability in respect of any particular statement or representation may not be excluded by law. In accepting a booking, the Owner’s responsibility does not extend beyond the provision of the boat and, in particular, there is no warranty that any particular route will be available for navigation during the period of hire. If the Hirer’s party includes any infirm person the Hirer should make relevant enquiries at the time of booking. Bookings for optional extras are taken subject to availability on the start date.
Booking Agreement. The Ballarat Showgrounds grounds, buildings and facilities are suitable for a variety of uses. There is adequate amenities, power, parking to cater for small to large scale events. The Ballarat Showgrounds, located on the Corner of Creswick Road and Howitt Street, Ballarat. Permission to hire the facilities is at the discretion of the Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society. Space and date requests must be in writing and if approved, will be viewed as a tentative booking (and allow Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society to vacate the date) until the 20% deposit, and applicable security bond, is paid. Booking confirmation is on receipt of the signed agreement and deposit. Final payment is required a minimum of7days prior to the event. Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society has discretion to refuse to let the facilities buildings or grounds, notwithstanding may have been let and that these conditions have been agreed to and signed and the hiring and other charges paid. The Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society may, if it sees fit, cancel any such letting and direct return of all money paid. The Hirer agrees in such to have consented to such cancellation, and to have no claim at law or in equity for any loss or damage in consequence thereof.

HB Holiday Lettings act as Agents for the Owner. When you book a Property through the Agent you enter into a contract with the Owner of that Property. The Agent is responsible for the administration of your booking, but, except where otherwise stated in these Booking Terms and Conditions, does so solely on behalf of and as Agent for the Owner.

No Agent or representative of the Company has any right to alter or vary or waive any of these conditions. Nor is any such person authorised to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of the company. Where more than one boat is booked on the same booking form each boat shall be deemed to the subject of a separate contract.
Booking Agreement. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which the Field Owner agrees to permit the Field User to use the Field.

Similarly, the Company may hire the boat to another party in place of the Hirer at any time before a booking confirmation has been sent to the Hirer. The entire agreement between the Hirer and the Company is contained in these Conditions and any documents and policies referred to in these Conditions, the booking request and the booking confirmation. Nothing in these Conditions affects the Hirer’s statutory rights. Any Company policies referred to in these Conditions will be made available to the Hirer on request to the Company.
Booking Agreement. On or prior to the Closing Date, Belkin shall have executed and delivered to Buyer an agreement with respect to bookings of the Polaris Amphitheater in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
