Bonuses and Commissions. 8.1 – Commission Earned, Payouts, Minimums And Frequency All commissions earned will be applied to a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant's on-going credit line account which is comprised of commissions and bonuses provided to them by Party Time Mixes. The Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant will automatically use this on-going credit line when placing a wholesale order. A major credit card or PayPal account will need to be used to pay for any remaining balance of the wholesale order. Any available on-going credit line can be issued as a cash payout through a commission paper check or a PayPal payment, which can be requested at anytime. Please contact the home office by using the back office contact page to request a payout by email. Commission paper checks or PayPal payments (depending on which payment method you have selected) will be sent out within 1-3 business days (sometimes payouts can take longer depending on the work load and order volume the home office is experiencing) upon written request by a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant. There is no minimum amount for commission payouts. Party Time Mixes requests that you keep payout requests to one payout per calendar month as the home office is very busy with daily activities. Payouts sent via PayPal is currently free. If you receive your commission payout via PayPal, you will be required to pay whatever fees PayPal levies against the payout. Typically there are no PayPal fees, but if any should occur, they are solely the consultant’s responsibility. If you reside in the USA and you receive more than $600 in commission payouts by check, Party Time Mixes will require you to provide your SSN or TIN so that a 1099-MISC can be sent to you at the end of the year for your taxes.
Bonuses and Commissions. Executive shall be eligible to participate in Savoy's Bonus Plan and Savoy's Long Term Incentive Compensation Program as may be adopted and approved from time to time by the Board (or a committee or designee thereof).

If the Closing Date occurs in the 2022 calendar year, through the end of 2022, Parent shall continue for the benefit of each Continuing Employee, each Company Benefit Plan that is an annual bonus or annual commission plan in accordance with the terms of each such plan as in effect immediately prior to the Closing Date; provided that bonuses for 2022 shall be paid out under such plan as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Company Board prior to the Closing Date.

Seller shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates not to, enter into any arrangement pursuant to which any Transferred Employee has any right to receive a change of control bonus, retention bonus, transaction bonus or similar payment that contains a “double trigger” payment as a result of the Transactions (it being understood and agreed that the Sellers and their Affiliates shall not enter into any such arrangement that provides for any payment which is conditioned upon the occurrence of any one or more events other than the Closing of the Transactions).
Bonuses and Commissions. Commissions will be deposited in Consultants‘ Pay Portals no later than the close of the business day on the tenth day of each month following the commission period. If the tenth falls on a holiday or weekend, Scentsy Family Pay Portals will be funded on the next business day. New Consultants will receive information on how to set up their Pay Portal account within two (2) weeks from enrolling.
Bonuses and Commissions. Immediately prior to the Closing Date, Sellers shall make (at no cost or expense to Purchaser) any and all bonus and commission payments owed by Sellers or the Subsidiaries to the Hired Employees for any time period on or prior to the Effective Time.
