Common use of Bonus Payment Clause in Contracts

Bonus Payment. A cash payment in an amount equal to either 50% of the established annual target bonus or the average of the actual bonus paid in each of the two prior years, whichever is greater.

Bonus Payment. A cash payment in an amount equal to either 50% the greater of (i) one hundred percent (100%) of the established annual target bonus or (ii) the average of the actual bonus paid in each of the two prior years, whichever is greater.;
