Common use of Bonus Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Bonus Entitlement. The Board will, within 90 days of the end of each fiscal year, determine the annual bonus in an amount equal to up to 35% of the Annual Salary, based on the Annual Bonus Entitlement Review, (the "Bonus"), if any, earned by the Employee for that fiscal year. Therapeutics will pay the Bonus to the Employee in a lump sum within 120 days following the end of the fiscal year for which it was earned.
