Common use of Bomb Threats Clause in Contracts

Bomb Threats. In the event that a building(s) is evacuated because of a bomb threat, all teachers will be evacuated from the building until the building has been cleared by appropriate personnel. The administration may ask individual teachers to help in any building search, but it is expressly agreed that no teacher shall be required to participate in any building search, and further, that any teacher may decline to participate in the building search without penalty or recrimination.
