Common use of Boilermaker Clause in Contracts

Boilermaker. When the distance between an employee’s residence and the job site is 120 or more kilometres, the employer pays an employee who performs the number of working hours scheduled by the employer for the working day $127.40 for room and board expenses per each day worked. This compensation shall be $132.40 as of April 26, 2015, and $137.40 as of May 1, 2016.
