Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Landlord is not an insurer of Tenant’s person or property. Except to the extent required by law, Landlord will not be liable to Tenant or to third parties for any bodily injury or property damage suffered by Tenant or ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s guests. Nothing in this lease shall be construed to abrogate Landlord’s sovereign immunity and nothing in this lease shall be construed to constitute a waiver of that immunity.
