Board Status Clause Samples
Board Status. For the duration of your Board membership, you will serve as a non-executive member of the Board who is not an independent member. Accordingly, you will not serve on any committees of the Board.
Board Status. You will cease to be Chairman of the Board following the End Date. The Company shall be under no obligation to continue your membership on the Board following the expiration of your current term as a director.
Board Status. Nothing herein shall be construed as a contractual right of the Executive to serve as a Chairman or as a member of the Board of Directors.
