Board Option. The Board of Education, no later than June 30 of each year during the term of this contract, may extend the contract for an additional one-year period. In exercising this option, the Board of Education also shall establish the annual salary to be paid to the Administrator for the school year included in the extension. All other terms and conditions of this contract shall remain unchanged. The Board of Education in its sole discretion and with or without cause may decline to extend this contract for an additional year.

Board Option. The Board of Education shall annually set the salary to be paid to the Superintendent for that school year. All other terms and conditions of this contract shall remain unchanged unless changes are mutually agreed to by the parties. The Board of Education in its sole discretion and with or without cause may decline to extend this contract for an additional year. The Board shall review this contract with the Superintendent annually, and shall, on or before March 31 of each year take official action determining whether or not it is extended for an additional year and notify the Superintendent of this action in writing.
Board Option. Except in the initial first year of this Contract, the Board, no later than the last day of March of each year during the term of this Contract, may extend the Contract for an additional one-year period. In exercising this option, the Board also shall establish the annual salary and benefits package to be paid to the Administrator for the school year included in the extension. All other terms and conditions of this Contract shall remain unchanged.
Board Option. The Board, no later than the 1 '1 day ofMarch during the final year of this Contract, may renew the Contract for an additional period of time. All other terms and conditions of this Contract shall remain unchanged unless mutually agreed upon by both the Board and the Superintendent.

Board Option. The Board of Education, no later than the 30th day of April of each year during the term of this contract, take official action to extend the contract for an additional one year and advise the Superintendent of its action in writing. If no action is taken by the Board before April 30, the Superintendent is hereby on notice pursuant to MCL § 380.1229 that the Board has resolved that this Employment Agreement shall be renewed for an additional one (1) year period commencing July 1, 2016. In exercising this option, the parties shall, prior to June 1 of same year, establish the annual salary to be paid to the Administrator and any other terms that the parties may mutually agree upon. The Superintendent shall advise the Board six(6) months in advance of her intention to terminate her employment within the term of this agreement.
Board Option. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for an additional one-year period unless the Board of Education gives the Superintendent written notice of its decision to prevent this automatic renewal on or before December 31, 2016 and on or before each subsequent December 31 of each year that this Agreement remains in effect. The Board of Education in its sole discretion and with or without cause may decline to extend this Agreement for an additional year.
