BOARD OF HEALTH. Attendance at Board of Health Meetings. An employee may attend a Board of Health meeting during regular working hours without loss of pay provided such employee has been placed on the agenda to make a specific presentation to the Board. An employee may attend any regular Board of Health meeting on the same basis as any private citizen at the employee’s own discretion during any period the employee is on a scheduled leave.
