Board Membership. The Executive shall be a member of the Board and of the Executive Committee. In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to attend the meetings of all other committees of the Board, such as the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee, and shall be a member of any strategy committee of the Board. After his initial term as director, the Company shall nominate the Executive for reelection to the Board and shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the Executive to be elected to such term.
