Common use of Board Meetings Clause in Contracts

Board Meetings. The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

The Superintendent generally shall be excluded from all or a portion of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on matter regarding the Superintendent's Contractemployment, or the Superintendent's evaluationsalary and benefits, or for purposes of resolving conflicts and the Superintendent's evaluation and from those closed meetings devoted to interpersonal relationships between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, attend all meetings of the BoardBoard and its Committees, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed Board meetings devoted to (1) the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or (2) the Superintendent's evaluation, or (3) for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or (4) instances when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal, or at other times when it is appropriate to exclude the Superintendent. In the event of illness or Board-Board- approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall designee, limited to one or more of the Superintendent’s Executive Directors, may attend such meetings.

In the event of illness or Board-Board President approved absence, the Superintendent's ’s designee shall attend such meetings.

In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the BoardBoard meetings, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action inaction on the Superintendent's Contractcontract, or the Superintendent's salary, benefits, evaluation, interpersonal relationships between or for purposes of resolving conflicts between among individual Board members, or when for any other reason as agreed upon between the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunalparties. In the event of illness or Board-Board President approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

In the event of illness or Board-Board approved absence, a designee of the Superintendent's designee Superintendent approved by the Board shall attend such meetings.
