Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Program General Information. If Insureds are outside the United States, they may be able to take advantage of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Program when accessing covered healthcare services. The Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Program is not served by a Host Blue. As such, when Insureds receive care from providers outside the BlueCard service area, the Insureds will typically have to pay the providers and submit the claims themselves to obtain reimbursement for these services. Inpatient Services In most cases, if Insureds contact the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Service Center for assistance, hospitals will not require Insureds to pay for covered inpatient services, except for their Deductibles, Coinsurance, etc. In such cases, the hospital will submit Insured claims to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Service Center to initiate claims processing. However, if the Insured paid in full at the time of service, the Insured must submit a claim to obtain reimbursement for covered healthcare services. Insureds must contact us to obtain precertification for non-emergency inpatient services. Outpatient Services Physicians, urgent care centers and other outpatient providers located outside the BlueCard service area will typically require Insureds to pay in full at the time of service. Insureds must submit a claim to obtain reimbursement for covered healthcare services. Submitting a Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Claim When Insureds pay for covered healthcare services outside the BlueCard service area, they must submit a claim to obtain reimbursement. For institutional and professional claims, Insureds should complete a Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core International claim form and send the claim form with the provider's itemized bill(s) to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Service Center address on the form to initiate claims processing. The claim form is available from us, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Service Center or online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. If Insureds need assistance with their claim submissions, they should call the Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Core Service Center at 0- 000-000-XXXX (2583) or call collect at 0-000-000-0000, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • RELEASE OF GENERAL INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC AND MEDIA NASA or Partner may, consistent with Federal law and this Agreement, release general information regarding its own participation in this Agreement as desired. Pursuant to Section 841(d) of the NASA Transition Authorization Act of 2017, Public Law 115-10 (the "NTAA"), NASA is obligated to publicly disclose copies of all agreements conducted pursuant to NASA's 51 U.S.C. §20113(e) authority in a searchable format on the NASA website within 60 days after the agreement is signed by the Parties.   • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility and Security Standards a. Applicability: The following Electronic and Information Resources (“EIR”) requirements apply to the Contract because the Grantee performs services that include EIR that the System Agency's employees are required or permitted to access or members of the public are required or permitted to access. This Section does not apply to incidental uses of EIR in the performance of the Agreement, unless the Parties agree that the EIR will become property of the State of Texas or will be used by HHSC’s clients or recipients after completion of the Agreement. Nothing in this section is intended to prescribe the use of particular designs or technologies or to prevent the use of alternative technologies, provided they result in substantially equivalent or greater access to and use of a Product.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program.
