Blending Models Sample Clauses

Blending Models. Within ten (10) days after the Effective Date, Terminal Company will provide Customer with completed and unaltered copies of and the non-exclusive right to use the petroleum blending models transferred by ▇▇▇▇ to Terminal Company pursuant to the PSA including, without limitation, the following models: Specification Screening Model; Daily Specification Spreadsheet; and Tank Optimization Spreadsheet (collectively, the “Blending Models”).
