Common use of Blanket Policy Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within this Section 10, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance herein required may be provided through a blanket policy of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; provided, however, that (1) Landlord and others hereinabove mentioned shall be named as an additional insured thereunder as their interests may appear, (2) the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and (3) the requirements set forth herein are satisfied.

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within this Section 1012, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein required may be provided through brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; provided, however, that (1) Landlord Landlord, any ground lessor and others hereinabove mentioned any lender shall be named as an additional insured thereunder as their interests may appear, (2) the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and (3) the requirements set forth herein are otherwise satisfied.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within in this Section 10Article 14, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein required may be provided through brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by TenantTenant or its Affiliates; provided, however, that (1) Landlord and others hereinabove mentioned shall be named as an additional insured thereunder as their interests may appear, (2) the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be materially different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements hereof by reason of the use of such the blanket policy of insurancepolicy, and (3) provided further that the requirements set forth herein of this Article 14 are otherwise satisfied.
