Common use of Blanket Policy Clause in Contracts

Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 9, Tenant's obligation to maintain the insurance herein required may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant or any Affiliated Person as to Tenant.
