Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 13. Lessee or Lessor may bring the insurance provided for herein within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Lessee (or Manager) or Lessor; provided, however, that the coverage afforded to Lessor and Lessee will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Article 13 are otherwise satisfied.
Blanket Policy. Any policy required to be maintained hereunder may be maintained under a so-called “blanket policy” insuring other parties and other locations so long as the amount of insurance required to be provided hereunder is not thereby diminished. Without limiting the generality of the requirement set forth at the end of the preceding sentence, property insurance provided under a blanket policy shall provide full replacement cost coverage and liability insurance provided under a blanket policy shall include per location aggregate limits meeting or exceeding the limits required under this Article 10.
Blanket Policy. Tenant may carry the insurance required by this Article under a blanket policy of insurance, provided that the coverage afforded Tenant will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all of the requirements of this Agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this ARTICLE XIII, Lessee's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Lessee; provided, however, that the coverage afforded Lessor will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this ARTICLE XIII shall be met in any such blanket policy.
Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article XIII, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; provided that the requirements of this Article XIII (including satisfaction of the Facility Mortgagee’s requirements and the approval of the Facility Mortgagee) are otherwise satisfied, and provided further that Tenant maintains specific allocations acceptable to Landlord.
Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained within this Section 10, Tenant’s obligations to carry the insurance herein required may be provided through a blanket policy of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; provided, however, that (1) Landlord and others hereinabove mentioned shall be named as an additional insured thereunder as their interests may appear, (2) the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and (3) the requirements set forth herein are satisfied.
Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 15, Tenant's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the coverage afforded Landlord will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Article 15 are otherwise satisfied. The amount of this total insurance allocated to each of the Leased Properties, which amount shall be not less than the amounts required pursuant to Sections 15.1 and 15.2, shall be specified either (i) in each such "blanket" or umbrella policy or (ii) in a written statement, which Tenant shall deliver to Landlord and Facility Mortgagee, from the insurer thereunder. A certificate of each such "blanket" or umbrella policy shall promptly be delivered to Landlord and Facility Mortgagee.
Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article, Tenant's obligations to carry the insurance provided for herein may be brought within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Tenant so long as (a) the coverage afforded to Landlord is not reduced or diminished or otherwise altered from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance and (b) the requirements of this Article are otherwise satisfied.
