Blanket Bond Sample Clauses

Blanket Bond. If Purchaser furnishes an acceptable bond, or deposits securities, in accordance with B4.3, to guarantee payment for timber from this and other timber sales within the same National Forest, the amount of such bond or deposited securities shall be al- located to such timber sales by Forest Service. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting hereunder until this timber sale re- ceives an allocation that will meet the obligation for pay- ment guarantee.

Blanket Bond. The Custodian need not maintain any insurance for the exclusive benefit of the Fund, but hereby warrants that as of the date of this Agreement it is maintaining a bankers Blanket Bond and hereby agrees to notify the Fund in the event that such bond is canceled or otherwise lapses.

Blanket Bond. The Custodian represents and warrants that it presently has in force, and will maintain in force during the terms of this Agreement, Bankers Blanket Bond insurance coverage under Form No. 24 in an amount which the Custodian deems to be appropriate, together with a "Central Handling of Securities--Discovery Form" Rider thereto.

Blanket Bond. (06/24) If Purchaser furnishes an acceptable bond in accordance with C4.3 to guarantee payment for timber from this and other timber sales within the same National Forest or geographic area as listed below, the amount of such bond shall be allocated to such timber sales by Forest Service. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting hereunder until this timber sale receives an allocation that will meet the Forest Service estimates for payment guarantee needed under B4.212. (a) Payments are due and payable on the date of issue indicated on the bill for collection. When a payment for timber cut and other charges is not received at the location designated by Forest Service by the date specified in the bill for collection for, Contracting Officer will suspend all or any part of Purchaser’s Operations until payment or acceptable payment guarantee is received.
