Common use of Blanket Assignment Clause in Contracts

Blanket Assignment. Blanket assignment by Seller to Buyer of all right, title and interest to the Service Contracts as well as such other assignments (including Lease Assignments with any required consents) which Buyer reasonably believes are necessary to vest in Buyer all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Service Assets in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
