Biological Component. 9.1 General Biological Commitments a) The Parties will establish and implement classification, Learning Plans, Transboundary Biological Objectives and monitoring in accordance with the RIM approach and Appendices G, H, and I. b) The Parties will establish and monitor biological Indicators of the Ecological Integrity of the Aquatic Ecosystem, in accordance with the RIM approach and Appendices G and H. c) Biological Indicators of the Ecological Integrity of the Aquatic Ecosystem will be used as required to inform the setting and monitoring of Transboundary Objectives, and the revision of Transboundary Objectives over time. d) The Parties will establish Triggering Conditions and associated management actions in accordance with the RIM approach and Appendix G.
