Binding Terms and Conditions. BMF and Broker/Lessor hereby acknowledge that if prior to the execution of this agreement Broker/Lessor assigned or referred certain Contracts to BMF and BMF purchased same; the terms and provisions of this agreement shall govern such Contracts.
