BILLING CREDIT. Grantor acknowledges that any identification of the Property which Production Company may furnish shall be at Production Company’s sole discretion and in no event shall said identification be beyond that which is reasonably related to the content of the Picture.
BILLING CREDIT. For each fifteen (15) minute period for which Seller’s actual Response Time exceeds the applicable Response Time target in Table 2.1, Buyer shall, upon request to Seller, be entitled to a corresponding reduction of fifteen (15) minutes in the calculation of the billable time worked for that respective Remote Hands service call.
BILLING CREDIT. The Customer shall receive a billing credit according to MPS’ Rate Schedule for each month that the interruptible electric load is curtailed during all control periods in that month. The Customer shall receive the billing credit for a month in which there is no control period if the Customer received the credit for the prior month in which there was a control period. The interruptible electric load may not exceed the billing demand for any given monthly billing period.
BILLING CREDIT. Producer shall acknowledge and all times identify the Property as the “Point San Xxxx Lighthouse, located in San Xxxx Obispo County, California”. Producer shall give billing credit by placing the words: “Point San Xxxx Lighthouse, located in San Xxxx Obispo County, California” and “The Port San Xxxx Harbor District” in the credits of the Picture, using a font size equal to or larger than any other billed locations or properties used in connection with the making of the Picture. If no other properties are billed, then the billing font size for the Property shall be equal to or larger than that used for the billing of the Picture’s set location crew. This billing credit shall be given, even if no footage of the Property is used in the Picture. The Keepers and the District shall be provided an opportunity to screen the completed Picture, in San Xxxx Obispo County, at least two weeks prior to the finalization of the credits, at a time mutually agreeable to the parties. The Keepers and the District maintain the right to choose to be uncredited, in part or in whole, at any time up to one week prior to the finalization of the credits for the Picture.
BILLING CREDIT. The estimated cost to purchase and install the tank is $10,000. Upon completion of the tank project, the Commission shall provide copies of invoices showing the Commission’s actual expenditures to the City. The City will give the Commission a credit against wastewater fees otherwise owed by the Commission under Section 4 of this Agreement equal to the total actual cost of the tank project.
BILLING CREDIT. (a) Therapists must submit written requests for approval to attend trainings before the training date in order to receive billing credit (rate consistent with 20% of their weekly billing obligation per each day of training time, not to exceed 1.0 FTE) for time spent at the training. (See examples H and I in Appendix C)
BILLING CREDIT. Producer will accord the Authors billing credit as Authors of the Play on a separate line(s) immediately following the title of the Play, which credits for each production produced or co-produced by Producer shall not be less than 50% of the size of the non-artwork title (25% of the size of the artwork title) of the Play. Shortened billing may be implemented in accordance with industry practice.
BILLING CREDIT. Grantor acknowledges that any identification of the Property which the School of Media Arts and Studies may furnish shall be at the School of Media Arts and Studies’ sole discretion and in no event shall said identification be beyond that which is reasonable related to the content of the Video.
BILLING CREDIT. Any billing credit and/or any identification of the Studio for Apex by the Producer shall be subject the prior written approval of Apex. But in no event shall said identification/billing credit be beyond that which is reasonably related to the content of the Program.
BILLING CREDIT. Heal the Bay/SMPA acknowledges that any identification of the Property which Production Company may furnish shall be at Production Company’s sole discretion and in no event shall said identification be beyond that which is reasonably related to the content of the Picture.
