Common use of Billing and Payment Clause in Contracts

Billing and Payment. 10.1 Based on the Tickets for the Fortnight during which Sales Gas was supplied, within three (3) Days from the start of the succeeding Fortnight, the Sellers shall raise an invoice on the Buyer for the quantity of Sales Gas delivered to the Buyer at the Delivery Point in the preceding Fortnight.
