BID RESULTS. The results are made available on the district website (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, Child Nutrition, Distributor) the following Thursday; however, individual bid recommendations will not be given over the telephone or fax due to the length of time involved. It shall be the responsibility of the interested party to ascertain the actual date of posting and/or Board meeting for the specific bid of interest.

BID RESULTS. To obtain bid results, either (1) attend bid opening or (2) provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope referencing bid number, and bid tabulation will be mailed to you upon verification of extensions or (3) visit the Purchasing Department no sooner than three (3) working days after bid opening to review bid tabulation. Due to time constraints, bid results cannot be given out over the phone.

Staff did not seek competitive bids for the proposed work because it is in accordance with these policies.
BID RESULTS. Nevada Pacific Consulting has secured a contractor for the proposed development and, as part of the work, the construction estimate to replace and upgrade 477 linear feet of failing waterline, including the required traffic control, is $95,405.00 (Attachment B).
BID RESULTS. The District publicly advertised the Project for bidding in accordance with NRS 338 in November 2024 with a bid opening on November 26, 2024. The Engineer's Estimate for the project was $687,000; six responsive bids were received (ATTACHMENT A) ranging from $596,610.50 to $962,675.00. BID RESULTS. Granite completed subcontractor bid solicitation as part of the required ▇▇▇▇ process in January 2024. The bid results were opened in front of Staff on January 31, 2024; the recommended selections were presented the same day and Staff agreed with the CMAR recommendations for subcontractor selection. The selected subcontractor bid results are incorporated in the total project costs table presented in Section IV - FINANCIAL IMPACT AND BUDGET. The Construction Administration Services agreement was not solicited publicly for bid. There is no requirement for professional services to be solicited for competitive bid per NRS 332.115.1(b). As the Engineer of Record (EOR), ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is the most suitable consultant to provide Construction Administration Services.
