Bicycle Parking Sample Clauses

Bicycle Parking. Throughout the Term, Landlord shall provide to Tenant ninety-five (95) spaces in a secure location on the Property (or such higher number of secure spaces as may be required by the Zoning Ordinance) for the parking of bicycles by Tenant’s employees and employees of permitted assignees and subtenants (“Required Bicycle Parking”). For the purpose of this Section 10.6, an area (including the entire Garage) requiring a magnetic or electronic key card for entry shall constitute a “secure location.” Except to the extent required to comply with any applicable laws, or as otherwise required by the Permits and Approvals, provided that the following leads to full utilization of the Required Bicycle Parking, the Required Bicycle Parking shall be for the exclusive use of Tenant’s employees and employees of permitted assignees and subtenants of Tenant in the Building, at 000 Xxxxxxxx, 00 Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx and any other building owned by Landlord or its affiliates in the Xxxxxxx Square area of Cambridge, Massachusetts. Tenant shall be obligated to pay for all of such bicycle parking spaces at the prevailing monthly rates from time to time charged by Landlord or, if applicable, the Garage Operator, such prevailing monthly rates to be consistent with monthly rates for secure bicycle parking in other buildings or garages in the Development Area. Such monthly charges for the bicycle parking spaces shall constitute Additional Rent and shall be payable monthly as directed by Landlord upon billing therefor by Landlord or, if applicable, the Garage Operator. Landlord shall also install and replace (as needed) transient bicycle parking as required by the Permits and Approvals at no cost or expense to Tenant. Tenant, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, shall be permitted to install additional bicycle parking in the Garage (i) to the extent that such bicycle parking does not derogate from, or interfere with, areas of the Garage used for vehicle parking or for storage of mechanical or Building systems, or (ii) subject to Landlord’s approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) within areas otherwise used for vehicle parking; provided however, each vehicle parking space used for such additional bicycle parking shall constitute a Reserved Garage Pass for purposes of this Article X (including, without limitation, reducing accordingly the number of unreserved parking passes which Tenant may convert to passes for reserved parking spac...

Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking shall be provided in close proximity of each principal building entrance in compliance with Section 4.11.6 of the Land Development Code. Non- covered bicycle parking devices shall be designed and constructed by Developer in accordance with Index 900 of the City’s Engineering Standard Manual.
Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking is not required in this District.
Bicycle Parking. Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use the Building’s designated bicycle storage area. Tenant’s right to use the bicycle storage area is conditioned upon Tenant abiding by all rules and regulations which are prescribed from time to time for the orderly operation and use of the bicycle storage area, Tenant’s cooperation in seeing that Tenant’s employees and visitors also comply with such rules and regulations and Tenant not being in Default under this Lease. Tenant’s use of the bicycle storage facility shall be at Tenant’s sole risk and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to the bicycles of Tenant, its employees and/or visitors, or for other personal injury or property damage or theft relating to or connected with the bicycle storage rights granted herein or any of Tenant’s, its employees and/or visitors’ use of the bicycle storage facilities. Landlord specifically reserves the right to change the location, size, configuration, design, layout and all other aspects of the Property bicycle storage facilities at any time and Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord may, without incurring any liability to Tenant and without any abatement of Rent under this Lease, from time to time, on a temporary basis, close-off or restrict access to the bicycle storage facilities.
Bicycle Parking. As of the Date of Lease, there are seven (7) bicycle racks (the “Bicycle Racks”) located on the first (1st) floor of the parking garage (within approximately fifty (50) feet from the parking garage attendant’s booth) available for use by all tenants of the Building, on a first come, first serve basis. Landlord shall, prior to the Term Commencement Date, enclose the Bicycle Racks with door to ceiling fencing with an access gate that is securely locked at all times. The Bicycle Racks may be relocated by Landlord from time to time within the parking garage or inside the Building, provided that in no event shall the total number of bicycle parking spaces be reduced from the number in existence as of the Date of Lease. Tenant shall have a nonexclusive right to use the Bicycle Racks, subject to availability. Such right to use the Bicycle Racks shall be subject to all rules and regulations regarding the use of the Bicycle Racks as Landlord may impose from time to time.
Bicycle Parking. Landlord acknowledges that Tenant may use the portion of the Premises designated in Exhibit F (“Bicycle Parking Area”) for, among other things, bicycle parking. Except in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall provide Tenant with reasonable access to the Bicycle Parking Area at all times during the Lease Term, as extended.
Bicycle Parking. Bicycle parking is available in the lower level of the Building on a first come-first serve basis. No bicycles are permitted in the Building’s elevators or in the Subleased Premises, and is controlled by Landlord, not Sublandlord. Sublandlord will have no liability to Subtenant for any lack of accessibility of bicycle parking space.

Bicycle Parking. (a) Landlord shall cooperate to provide Tenant access to bicycle parking in the Parking Garage, subject to the rights of the Garage Operator under the terms of its lease for the Parking Garage. Any additional compliance with applicable codes, regulations and law required as a result of such bicycle parking shall be Tenant's obligation, including, but not limited to fees and expenses in connection therewith.
Bicycle Parking. During the Term (and any period of Early Occupancy), Tenant shall have the right to use a portion of the underground parking garage at the Building mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, or, if Tenant so elects, another portion of the Property reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant, for purposes of parking bicycles.
