Relationship Managers The Participant Relationship Manager and the Reclaim Fund Relationship Manager at the date of this agreement for the purposes of clause 27 of Part B of this agreement are as follows:
Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.
Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Bank’s Prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Bank.
Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

Alliance Managers In addition to the foregoing governance provisions, each of the Parties shall appoint a single individual to serve as that Party’s alliance manager (“Alliance Manager”). The role of each Alliance Manager will be to participate and otherwise facilitate the relationship between the Parties as established by this Agreement. A Party may replace its Alliance Manager from time to time upon written notice to the other Party.
Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
Association Responsibility The Association recognizes its responsibility as exclusive representative and agrees to represent all employees in the bargaining unit without discrimination.
Association Responsibilities 1. The organization shall keep an adequate itemized record of its financial transactions and shall make available annually to the City Clerk, and to all unit employees, within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of its fiscal year, a detailed written financial report thereof in the form of a balance sheet and an operating statement, certified as to its accuracy by its president and the treasurer or corresponding principal officer, or by a certified public accountant.
Engagement of Independent Review Organization Within 60 days after the Effective Date, Xx. Xxxxxx shall engage an individual or entity, such as an accounting, auditing, or consulting firm (hereinafter “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”), to perform the reviews listed in this Section III.C. The applicable requirements relating to the IRO are outlined in Appendix A to this IA, which is incorporated by reference.
