Bi-Weekly Pay. (i) Regular pay-days shall be every second Friday.
Bi-Weekly Pay. Employees shall be paid every second Friday by electronic transfer of funds. All vacation, sick leave and banked overtime entitlements shall be included on each pay stub.
Bi-Weekly Pay. 40.01 The Company will pay all employees bi-weekly and their monies will be electronically deposited to a financial institution of their choice. Pay-stubs will be in sealed envelopes. Where possible all paystubs will be issued on Thursday. Where the company has been notified of payroll errors by Monday at 3:00 PM the corrections will be paid on Thursday of that week.
Bi-Weekly Pay. Bi-weekly pay will be instituted, at management’s discretion, if a majority of the Town’s unions agree.
Bi-Weekly Pay. The County shall present to the Labor Coalition a comprehensive proposal for replacement of the current system of monthly pay with a bi-weekly (every other week) pay system. The Labor Coalition agrees to commence meet and confer on those elements in the proposed bi-weekly payroll system which are within the scope of bargaining and/or the impact of replacing the current monthly pay system with a bi-weekly system. Any implementation of a bi-weekly pay system must be by mutual agreement of the parties. Meet and confer on bi-weekly pay will also include discussion on (1) the proration of vacation and sick leave accruals for permanent part-time employees and (2) discontinuing the payroll practice of applying a factor of 1.05 when computing the base pay hourly equivalent for full-time and part-time permanent employees for the purpose of compensating shift differential, hazard pay, straight-time overtime
Bi-Weekly Pay. The right to define and implement changes to the bi-weekly 18 payroll system is vested exclusively with the County, including determining the Fair Labor Standards 19 Act (FLSA) workweek. Implementation of such system may include, but is not limited to, the 20 conversion of wages and leave benefits into hourly amounts and changes to scheduled pay dates. The 21 parties agree that application provisions in the Agreement may be re-opened at any time during the 22 life of this Agreement by the County for the purpose of negotiating these standardized pay practices, 23 to the extent required by law. The parties recognize the County’s exclusive right to make necessary 24 changes to the payroll system, consistent with Addendum B.
Bi-Weekly Pay. 1. The District shall continue to issue salary warrants on a bi-weekly basis for all regular employees assigned to classifications covered by this Agreement. However, an employee whose wages are attached by garnishment or tax levy, shall be paid on a pay period basis.
Bi-Weekly Pay. All employees shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis with all earned overtime included.
