Benefits; Vacation. You will continue to be eligible to participate in the employee benefits and insurance programs generally made available to the Company’s full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, disability, life and 401(k), all subject to the terms and conditions of such plans and programs. Details of such benefits programs, including mandatory employee contributions, if any, and waiting periods, if applicable, will continue to be made available to you. You will be entitled to accrue Paid Time Off (“PTO”) in accordance with subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s PTO policy (which includes a maximum accrual cap), as may be amended from time to time.
