Benefits Upon Layoff. ‌ Regular team members who have completed three months of service and are receiving an allowance pursuant to Clauses 21.4, 21.5, and/or 21.6 shall continue to receive that allowance upon layoff, until the allowance has been exhausted, provided the notice of layoff is given after the commencement of the leave. The Parental Leave and Allowance provisions apply to all births and adoptions that occurred on or after May 1, 2002.
