Benefits Plans. 13.1 Employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement will continue to be covered under the current medical plan design for the remainder of calendar year 2004. Beginning January 1, 2005, employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement will participate in the new PepsiCo Benefit Plans, which are listed below. Each year the Company will determine the pricetags, Plan levels, Plan design for the benefit options. Any changes made by the Company to the price tags, plan levels, or plan design of these plans will apply to employees represented by The United Steelworkers of America, Local 1999.
