Benefits in kind in case of residence in the territory of the other contracting State
Benefits in kind in respect of stay or residence in the territory of the other Contracting Party The persons meeting the criteria of eligibility to benefits in kind, under the legislation of one Contracting Party, in case of major emergency, which is threatening their lives and corporal integrity, with the place of stay or residence in the territory of the other Contracting Party, shall enjoy the right of receiving the benefits in kind, which shall be provided by the institution placed in the territory of their stay or residence, according to the provisions of the applied legislation and on the expense of this competent institution.
Benefits in kind in respect of recipients of pensions The recipient of a pension, allocated under the legislation of both Contracting Parties, shall receive benefits in kind under the legislation of the Contracting Party, in the territory of which (s)he resides, as if (s)he were a pensioner under the legislation of that Party only. A pension provided to a beneficiary under the legislation of either Contracting Party, who is residing in the territory of the other Contracting Party, shall be entitled in kind benefits on same conditions, as if he were residing in the territory of the first Contracting Party. The benefits in kind shall be provided by the institution on the place of residence, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation which is applied, as if the pensioner has been entitled to such a benefit under that legislation; however, the cost shall be borne by the competent institution of the first Contracting Party. The members of the family of a recipient of a pension, provided by an institution from “X” country, with the residence in the territory of Republic of Moldova, shall receive benefits in kind on the costs borne by the competent institution from “X” country.

Benefits in kind for members of the family who are resident in the territory of a State other than the State in which the pensioner is resident The provisions of Article 12 shall be applicable by analogy to the members of the family referred to in Article 19, paragraph 3, of the Con- vention. In that case, the certificate testifying that the members of the family are entitled to benefits shall be delivered by the competent insti- tution.

  • Health Benefits Eligibility a. The State System shall provide an eligible permanent full-time active employee with health benefits. The State System shall provide permanent part-time employees who are expected to be in an active pay status at least fifty (50%) of the time every pay period with health benefits.

  • Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum.
