Common use of Benefits Continued Clause in Contracts

Benefits Continued. A) Employees who are laid-off shall accrue benefits for twenty (20) work days. B) For the first twenty (20) work days of lay-off as expressed in (A) above, the Employer shall continue to pay premiums and employees will continue to contribute their portion under the Medical Plan, Extended Health Care Plan, Dental Plan, and Group Life Insurance Plan.
