BENEFITS AND RESOURCES. ‌ The benefit program outlined below is designed for individuals in the Resident (10328) and Fellow ACGME (10439) titles receiving salary and benefits from the University of Washington. UWSOM also provides a number of benefits that are unique to residents, outlined under Other Resident Resources, Training Site Resources and Services section below. Policies related to these benefits are subject to change during the academic year. In the event of a change in benefits policy, the GME Office will notify residents. More information about each of these benefits may be found on the GME website or by contacting the GME Office. Residents may also contact UW Human Resources at (000) 000-0000 for questions regarding UW benefits. Some of these benefits, including but not limited to the UW Retirement Plan (UWRP), may not apply to residents who hold a title of ACGME Stipend (21891) and receive stipends from training grants. Xxxxxxxx paid through training grants are not considered wages and are not subject to federal tax withholding. Residents who hold the ACGME Stipend (21891) title should consult a tax advisor should they have questions regarding their federal tax obligation. Residents should contact their department if they have questions about this appointment structure. Residents required by their program to participate in overnight call or to perform other duties related to the residency program past midnight on their last night of service will receive pay and all benefits (including health insurance, professional liability coverage and workers’ compensation) for hours worked past the end date reflected in their appointment agreement.

  • Services and Resources Services Contractor Agrees to Perform. Contractor agrees to perform the Services stated in Appendix A, “Scope of Services." Officers and employees of the City are not authorized to request, and the City is not required to reimburse the Contractor for, Services beyond the Scope of Services listed in Appendix A, unless Appendix A is modified as provided in Section 11.5, "Modification of this Agreement."

  • SERVICES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services described and for the fee set forth in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the satisfactory and complete execution of the Scope Work. The Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, water, utilities, transportation and other facilities and services necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Scope of Work. The Scope of Work shall generally be performed at the direction of the NMCRA and completed and completed within that certain number of days from the issuance of a Work Order by the NMCRA to the Contractor (the “Term”). Time is of the essence in the performance of all obligations within the Term. Final Completion of the Scope of Work shall be completed prior to the expiration of the Term and the failure of the Contractor to do so shall be a material default under this Agreement. “

  • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Employer through its designated management personnel or agents has the right and responsibility, except as expressly modified by this Agreement, to control, change, and supervise all operations and to direct and assign work to all working forces.
