Benefits and Other Provisions under the Policy? We have the sole and exclusive authority to do all of the following: • Interpret Benefits under this Policy. • Interpret the other terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions set out in this Policy, including the Schedule of Benefits and any Riders and/or Amendments. • Make factual determinations related to this Policy and its Benefits. We may assign this authority to other persons or entities that provide services in regard to the administration of this Policy. In certain circumstances, for purposes of overall cost savings or efficiency, we may offer Benefits for services that would otherwise not be Covered Health Care Services. The fact that we do so in any particular case shall not in any way be deemed to require us to do so in other similar cases.

Benefits and Other Provisions a. The Employee is entitled to days/weeks of paid vacation annually. The vacation must be scheduled 30 days in advance and agreed to by the Employer. The vacation compensation is based upon normal payment for a 40-hour work week. Two weeks paid vacation is the minimum norm for fulltime Employees. (One week may be chosen by the family; and one week may be chosen by the Employee.)

The Employee will receive days per year as paid sick time/personal days. The Employee may receive any and/or all of the following for use on the job at the Employer’s discretion:  Cellphone Credit Card  Household Cash AllowanceOther Benefits Use of family car is recommended for safety and other reasons.   • Vacation and Other Leave During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year.   • Insurance and Other Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive and the Executive’s dependents shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s insurance programs and any ERISA benefit plans, as the same may be adopted and/or amended from time to time (the “Benefits”). The Executive shall be entitled to paid personal days on a basis consistent with the Company’s other senior executives, as determined by the Board. The Executive shall be bound by all of the policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time. However, in case any of those policies conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
