Common use of Benefit Providers Clause in Contracts

Benefit Providers. i) Medical insurance will be provided to eligible bargaining unit employees through a City selected benefit provider. Vision insurance will be provided through the City’s self-insured vision plan. During the term of this Agreement the Union and the City agree in principle to partner in exploring comparable plans through other vendors that would provide a premium-savings.
