Common use of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all of the employee benefit plans, long term incentive plans, retirement plans, programs, agreements and arrangements provided to senior executives of the Company, as such are in effect, subject to the eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adopt, modify, amend or terminate such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements at any time.

The Company reserves shall be under no obligation solely as a result of this Agreement to institute or continue the right, in its sole discretion, to adopt, modify, amend or terminate such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements at existence of any timeemployee benefit plan.

The Company reserves the right, plans in its sole discretion, effect from time to adopt, modify, amend or terminate such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements at any time.

During the Employment Periodperiod of the Executive’s employment hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all any current or future benefits plans available to employees or senior officers of the employee benefit plans, long term incentive plans, retirement plans, programs, agreements and arrangements provided to senior executives of Company in accordance with the Company, as such are in effect, subject to the eligibility requirements and terms and conditions of such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, as they may be modified or eliminated from time to adopt, modify, amend or terminate such plans, programs, agreements and arrangements at any time.

During the Employment PeriodTerm, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all retirement and employment benefit plans and programs of the employee benefit plans, long term incentive plans, retirement plans, programs, agreements and arrangements provided Company that are generally available to senior executives of the Company, as such are in effect, subject .
