Common use of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, equity-based compensation awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, deferred compensation, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees officers of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansplans and/or related individual agreements. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board shall from time to time determine, for its senior executive officers.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, equity-based compensation awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, deferred compensation, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansplans and/or related individual agreements. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board shall from time to time determine, for its senior executive employees.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock optionsof the Company including, stock purchasesbut not limited to, awardsequity, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee welfare benefits available that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to other for the benefit of its senior executive employees of the Companyexecutives at a level commensurate with his position, subject to satisfying any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansapplicable eligibility requirements.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock optionsof the Company including, stock purchasesbut not limited to, awardsrelocation policy, equity, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee welfare benefits available that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to other for the benefit of its senior executive employees executives in accordance with the terms of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansplans and programs.

Benefit Plans. The Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other benefit plans relating made available generally to stock optionsemployees of Company from time to time, stock purchasesincluding but not limited to, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharingany savings plan, life insuranceinsurance plan and health insurance plan, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, all subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in in, or amendments made to, such plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life and disability insurance, medical coverage, executive medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified and all terms and conditions contained in such plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, education or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the CompanyCompany at an appropriate level for the duties of the office, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plans. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board of Directors shall determine, for its employees.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled eligible to participate in any Executive benefit plans relating to stock optionsplan of the Company, stock purchasesincluding, awardsbut not limited to, equity, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement benefits that the Company has adopted or employee benefits available may adopt, maintain or contribute to other the benefit of its senior executive employees of executives, at a level commensurate with the CompanyExecutive’s positions, subject to satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements. The Company may at any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified time or from time to time amend, modify, suspend or terminate any employee benefit plan, program or arrangement for any reason in such plansits sole discretion.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, deferred compensation, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansplans and/or related individual agreements. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all Executive benefit plans relating to stock optionsplans, stock purchasesincluding, awardswithout limitation, pensionmedical, thrifthospital, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coveragepension and 401(k) plans hereafter adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company or its Subsidiary for its Executive employees and employees, education, or and to receive any other retirement or employee fringe benefits that may be made generally available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject ’s Executive employees from time to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such planstime.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits that the Company generally makes available to its senior executives (other senior executive employees than severance plans) from time to time, including any group health plans, dental plans, life, disability and AD&D insurances, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, recreation allowance, parking or public transportation and various types of the Companypaid time off, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock optionsof the Company including, stock purchasesbut not limited to, awards, pension, thriftequity, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee welfare benefits available that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to other for the benefit of its senior executive employees of the Companyexecutives at a level commensurate with his position, subject to satisfying any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansapplicable eligibility requirements.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock optionslife insurance, stock purchasesdisability, awardsmedical, pensionhospital, thrifthealth or dental insurance, or other bonus, incentive, profit sharing, life insurancestock option, medical coverage, education, retirement or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees benefit plans of the Companyemployer, subject whether contributory or non-contributory, as may from time to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such planstime be uniformly maintained by the Bank for its salaried executives during the term of employment under this Agreement.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall also be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock optionssuch medical, stock purchases, awardsdental, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or retirement and stock-based compensation plans and other retirement or employee benefits available programs and arrangements as may be approved from time to other senior executive employees time by the Company and the Bank for the benefit of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such planstheir employees.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock optionspension, profit-sharing, stock purchasesoption, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, stock purchase or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees benefit plan of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansCompany now existing or hereafter adopted for the benefit of employees generally.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans plan of the Corporation relating to stock optionspension, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, stock purchasespurchase, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, group life insurance, medical coverage, education, insurance or other retirement or employee benefits available that the Corporation may then have in force for the benefit of its Executive employees, and for which he is otherwise eligible. At a minimum, the Corporation shall provide Executive with family medical insurance, long-term disability insurance, and family dental insurance. In the event the Corporation institutes a stock option plan for its executives, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such plan at levels consistent with other senior level executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansemployees.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled permitted to participate in any all employee health, retirement and insurance benefit plans relating applicable to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees officers of the CompanyCompanies, subject and such other plans as may from time to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such planstime be made available or applicable to the Companies, consistent with the policies of the Companies.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansplans and/or related individual agreements. The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board of Directors shall from time to time determine, for its senior executive employees.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits that the Company generally makes available to its senior executives (other senior executive employees than severance plans) from time to time, including any group health plans, life, disability and AD&D insurances, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, parking or public transportation and various types of the Companypaid time off, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any perquisite, benefit plans relating or compensation plan (in addition to the compensation provided for in Section 5), including any stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thriftoption plan, profit sharingsharing plan and 401(k) plan, dental insurance plan, medical insurance plan, life insuranceinsurance plan, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available health and accident plan and disability plan that are generally applicable to other all senior executive employees executives of the Company, subject Company (collectively referred to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansas the “Benefit Plans”).

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock optionsmaintained by Employer, stock purchasesincluding, awardsbut not limited to, pensionretirement plans, thrift, profit sharingdisability plans, life insuranceinsurance plans, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits and health and dental plans available to other senior executive employees of the CompanyEmployer, subject to any restrictions (restrictions, including waiting periods) , specified in such the plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in or receive benefits under any employee pension or welfare benefit plans relating plan or arrangement made available by the Company at any time during his employment hereunder to stock optionsits employees (collectively the “Benefit Plans”), stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharingincluding without limitation each qualified retirement plan, life insuranceinsurance and accident plan, medical coveragemedical, educationdental and vision insurance plans, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Companyand disability plan, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plansplans and arrangements, as they may be amended from time to time.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any such employee welfare benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awardsplans, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or retirement and stock-based compensation plans and other retirement or employee benefits available programs and arrangements as may be approved from time to other senior executive time by the Company and the Bank for the benefit of their employees on such terms as the Board of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansCompany or the Bank may specify.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all Company benefit plans relating to stock optionsplans, stock purchasesprograms and arrangements, awardsincluding, pensionbut not limited to, thriftinsurance programs, profit sharingpension plans, life insurancevacation, medical coverageand sick leave, education, or as afforded other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansmanagement personnel.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits that the Company generally makes available to its senior executives (other senior executive employees than severance plans) from time to time, including any group health plans, life, disability and AD&D insurances, a 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, parking or public transportation and various types of the Companypaid time off, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in the terms and conditions of such benefit plans. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall make a group health plan available to the Executive, which provides applicable coverage at both his permanent residence and his principal place of employment.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options------------- pension, profit-sharing, stock purchasesoption, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, stock purchase or other retirement benefit plan of the Company now existing or employee benefits available hereafter adopted for the benefit of employees generally or the senior executives of the Company to the same extent as the other senior executive employees executives of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock optionsmedical, stock purchases, awardsdental, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or retirement and stock-based compensation plans and other retirement or employee benefits available programs and arrangements as may be approved from time to other senior executive employees time by the Bank for the benefit of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansits employees.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall will be entitled to participate in or receive benefits under any employee benefit plans relating to stock optionsincluding, stock purchasesbut not limited to, awardsretirement plans, pensionsupplemental retirement plans, thriftpension plans, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, educationprofit-sharing plans, or any other retirement employee benefit plan or employee benefits arrangement made available by the Bank or the Company in the future to other its senior executive employees of the Companyexecutives and key management employees, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plansplans and arrangements.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any all employee benefit plans relating to stock optionsplans, stock purchaseswhich include worldwide medical, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical dental and vision coverage, educationa pension plan, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees perquisite and fringe benefit arrangements of the CompanyCompany made available by the Company to its senior executives, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in to, and on the basis consistent with the terms, conditions and administration of such plansplans and arrangements.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate have the option of participating in any benefit plans relating to stock optionssuch medical, stock purchasesdental, awardsdisability, pension, thrift, profit sharinghospitalization, life insurance, medical coveragestock option and other benefit plans (such as pension and profit sharing plans) as Employer maintains from time to time for the benefit of other full-time Executives of Employer, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of on the Company, terms and subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified the conditions set forth in such plans.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to the participate in any benefit all plans of the Corporation relating to stock optionspension, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, stock purchasespurchase, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, group life insurance, medical coverage, education, insurance or other retirement or employee benefits available that the Corporation may then have in force for the benefit of its executive employees, and for which he is otherwise eligible, including but not limited to other senior executive employees of the Companypaid family medical insurance, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such planspaid long-term disability insurance, and paid family dental insurance.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in and receive benefits under any employee benefit plan or stock-based plan of the Company in accordance with their terms, and shall be eligible for any other plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee and benefits available to other senior executive employees covering executives of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plansthe extent commensurate with her then duties and responsibilities fixed by the Board.

Benefit Plans. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any benefit plans relating to stock options, stock purchases, awards, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education, education or other retirement or employee benefits available to other senior executive employees of the CompanyCompany at an appropriate level for the duties of the office, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in such plans. The Company shall obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board of Directors shall determine, for its employees.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in and receive the benefits under any benefit plans relating to stock optionspension, profit-sharing, bonus, stock purchasespurchase, awardsstock option, pensionstock bonus, thrifthealth, profit sharinglife, life insuranceaccident and disability insurance plans or programs and any other employee benefit or fringe benefit plans, medical coverage, education, perquisites or other retirement or employee benefits arrangements which the Company makes available generally to other employees, including, without limitation, to the senior executive employees officers of the Company, subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified the extent that the Executive is otherwise eligible to participate in such plansplans or arrangements pursuant to the provisions of such plans or arrangements as they may be in effect from time to time.
