Common use of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plan that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to for the benefit of its employees generally, subject to satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements, and except to the extent such plans are duplicative of the benefits otherwise provided hereunder. The Employee’s participation will be subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and generally applicable Company policies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may modify or terminate any employee benefit plan at any time.

During the Employment Termterm of Employee's employment, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in and receive the benefits of any employee benefit retirement, insurance, hospitalization, health or similar plan that currently in effect or hereafter adopted by the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to for the benefit of its employees generally, subject to satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements, and except to the extent such plans are duplicative of the benefits otherwise provided hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may modify or terminate any employee benefit plan at any time.

The Employee’s participation will be subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and generally applicable Company policies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, as mutually agreed upon by the Company may modify or terminate any employee benefit plan at any timeand employee.
