Benefit Maintenance and Changes. In no event shall bargaining unit 6 nurses receive a level of benefits that is less than the level received by a majority of the 7 Medical Center’s non-bargaining unit employees. The Medical Center shall not modify 8 its programs of health insurance regarding eligibility, payment, or benefits, without 9 providing the Association of the intended modifications at least sixty days in advance of 10 their effective date and shall meet, upon request by the Association, to bargain over the 11 proposed changes prior to their implementation.
