Benefit Continuance. 45.6.1 Regardless of the selection of either salary continuance or lump‐sum severance following layoff, all benefit eligible employees shall be provided a minimum of three (3) months of benefit continuance (Health and Dental, Health Spending Account and access to the Employee and Family Assistance Plan).
