Benefit Carriers. It is understood that benefit plan carriers may change from time to time, however, the benefits listed in Clauses 25.2, 25.3 and 25.4 will remain the same. No changes will be made to the benefit plan coverage without mutual agreement of the parties.

Benefit Carriers. The District contracts with Self Insured Schools of California (“SISC”) for the administration of health benefits. The current health, dental and vision providers and plans are set forth in Appendix E.
Benefit Carriers. The Corporation commits to a request for proposal from interested and qualified Health Care Benefits carriers offering benefits listed under Articles 27.02, 27.03 and 27.07 during the term of this collective agreement and no earlier than July 2003. It is further understood that the Union will be provided an opportunity to be consulted on the request for proposal document. The Union will participate in vendor presentations.
Benefit Carriers. The cost of the Welfare Plans shall be borne by the Company. The Company will pay full cost of the Dental Care Plan with coverage terminating when the employee ceases employment or becomes a pensioner. The Company may provide coverage by alternate carriers, provided the benefit levels and service arrangements are the same or better than that provided by the existing carrier.
Benefit Carriers. The employer may, at any time, substitute another carrier for any of the above plans provided the benefits derived from the plans are not decreased. The Credit Union will provide each employee with an outline of benefit plans, and the Union with a Master Policy of the insurance plans.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.

  • Standard Company Benefits Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time.

  • Policy Grievance – Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation by the Union or any employee by filing a written grievance with the Bargaining Unit President, with a copy to the Labour Relations Officer within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all other savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs, in each case on terms and conditions no less favorable than the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Company’s other executive employees.
