Common use of Beneficiary Designations Clause in Contracts

Beneficiary Designations. Grantee may file with the Stock Plans Administration Department of EDS, on such form as may be prescribed by EDS, a designation of one or more beneficiaries (each, a "Beneficiary") to whom shares otherwise due Grantee shall be distributed in the event of the death of Grantee while serving in the employ of the Company. Grantee shall have the right to change the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries from time to time; provided, however, that any change shall not become effective until received in writing by the Stock Plans Administration Department of EDS. If any designated Beneficiary survives Grantee but dies before receiving all of Grantee's benefits hereunder, any remaining benefits due Grantee shall be distributed to the deceased Grantee's estate.
